The Union for Improved Services Communication and Education (UISCE) is an advocacy service for people who use drugs in Ireland. UISCE works to ensure that the human rights of the people who use drugs are protected within services and supports people to stand up for their rights.

UISCE engages with the community through peer led outreach and inreach within services and supports people who use drugs to have their voices heard.

UISCE also supports service providers to improve how they engage with those who use their service, to ensure their voices are included when developing and policies and procedures.

UISCE publishes the magazine Brass Munkie twice a year, where the organisation features relevant information for the community of oeople who use drugs.

UISCE has recently moved to

8 Cabra Road, Phibsborough, Dublin 7.
